RENTAL VANS
Roads Less Traveled Relays has formed a partnership with Enterprise Rent-a-Car for special discounted rates for RLT Relay participants. The summer is a busy season for rental car companies, so reserve early!
Enterprise rents minivans, SUVs, and 15-passenger Vans (Colorado only), that work well for relays. You will receive a 5% discount off the current rate provided you make your reservation through this link. Like airline tickets, the cost could increase closer to the date of rental.
If you are phoning a branch, you will need to give them our code - 12AAM61 - to get our negotiated discount.
15-PASSENGER VANS - COLORADO ONLY*:
A limited number of reservations for 15-passenger vans through Enterprise are available in the mid-west and Rocky Mountain area. 15-passenger vans are not available on the East Coast (liability concerns). Reserve through this link to get 5% discount.
*****15-passenger vans are booked by location; each location controls a set number of vans. If a branch you contact is sold out, call any of the brances on the list in order of how far you are willing to travel until you find a branch that has an available van. The Enterprise location at DIA is open 24-hours and has the most 15-passenger vans available.

ADVANTAGES OF RENTING THROUGH ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR:
- A confirmed discount
- Offices most major airports as well as local offices are located across the U.S.
- Your rental is on a corporate account – corporate account rentals are given priority over the average rental, which means your vehicle is essentially guaranteed (allowing for the extreme exception: mechanical breakdown, etc.)
- We have an agreement with Enterprise so that there will NOT be a charge for extra drivers** (as many rental car companies will). If the Enterprise branch does try to charge you, please ask them to read the conditions for the Timberline Events account (#12AAM61) as this is not their standard policy.
- Enterprise still rents 15-passenger vans in some areas of the country – many rental companies have phased them out
DISCOUNTED PRICES (NOT INCLUDING TAX) ARE:
- Accident Insurance - varies based on size of vehicle but averages $19.99/day with no deductible
- Liability Insurance - $11.95/day

*All drivers for the 15-passenger vans must be 25 or older
**Legible copies of the drivers licenses for ALL drivers need to be presented to Enterprise at the rental counter when you pick up your vehicle.
