Timberline Events is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute the personal information of those who otherwise provide personal information to us to any other organizations in any way other than what is disclosed in this document.
All personal information collected by Timberline Events is held in the strictest confidentiality. Any information, such as an E-mail address and other contact information, submitted via a form, phone/fax or by E-mail remains the sole property of Timberline Events. This information is used to help us communicate with our partners, customers, clients, sponsors and to help make arrangements for our events.
Our websites automatically recognize the consumer’s IP address, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you register for a Timberline Events event, you will be asked to register for a free ID and password and to provide information on event registration forms. Unique identifiers, such as IDs and passwords, are collected to verify your identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. Your contact information may also be used to contact you when necessary for customer service reasons. Financial information that is collected is used only to bill you for products and services that you specifically request. Your contact information may also be used to provide you with important race updates.
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by writing to us at the address below. Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. Our email event newsletters provide the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from Timberline Events.

Although your privacy is very important to us, due to the existing legal regulatory and security environment, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to third parties.
